The Warranty First BONUSme incentive programme pays a set pre-agreed fee for the sale of qualifying Warranty First products with a credit on a prepaid Mastercard once agreed targets have been achieved.

Warranty First fees are paid only in respect of qualifying policies. A policy between Warranty First and a customer, introduced by the registered Warranty First BONUSme account holder, will be a qualifying policy only if it complies with the agreed criteria specified by Warranty First from time to time. Warranty First shall be entitled at any time to alter the criteria, which must be met to enable a policy to count as a qualifying policy.

Any Warranty First BONUSme account, which remains inactive (ie there are no Bonus credit transactions on the account for a period of 12 months) may be deemed by Warranty First to be no longer required by the account holder. The account may therefore be closed. and any Warranty First BONUSme contained therein may be subject to a dormancy fee under the card terms & conditions until funds are reduced to zero.

Warranty First reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Warranty First BONUSme programme at any time for any reason and without notice.

Warranty First fees will be credited to the account holder’s pre-paid Mastercard, such card being subject to the card issuer’s Terms and Conditions as supplied with the card and amended from time to time. Your personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) (“Personal Data”) will be obtained and processed by the Card Issuer/Processor in connection with your use of the Card. This may include data transfers outside of the EU.



Your Personal Data will be obtained and processed by Warranty First and our suppliers, Performance Bonus Limited and their agents in connection with your use of the Card.



As a private/self employed individual, you remain responsible for assessing and accounting to the relevant taxation authority for any and all taxes, in particular, income tax which may become due and payable as a result of the award and use of your card.



You undertake and agree with Warranty First to pay Warranty First an amount equal to any tax including any costs, interest, charges or penalties which Warranty First is required to account to HM Revenue and Customs which arises as a result of or by reference to the provision of your Card.



Warranty First BONUSme is controlled, managed and administered by Warranty First and its agents and any correspondence concerning this promotion should be directed to Warranty First.



Warranty First reserves the right not to honour or proceed with any application where, in the opinion of the company, the Warranty First Bonuses are at risk of being stolen or obtained by any fraudulent means.



The Warranty First BONUSme incentive programme is only open to persons aged 18 years or older.



We would like to draw your attention to the PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION ACTS 1906 & 1916 and the BRIBERY ACT 2010. Employees should advise their employers before participating in the Warranty First BONUSme scheme. It is not the intention of Warranty First and its Agents to induce employees to act against the interest of their employers and Warranty First and its agents will accept no liability for such.
